THERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS, SO THE POSTS HAVE SWAPPED POSITIONS(:

Reproach me all you want, I've foreseen that all these approaching. I have mustered preparations, mentally, to withstand questions, doubts, disappointments bombarding me. For a spur of moment, I deeply realised that my commintment towards NCC these years is wasted just in a bat of my eyelid. It dawned on me how selfish I was, and I didn't put the consequences into consideration. Am I being too serious about this issue? Anyway, part of my converstion with Hadi..

hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:
all of us do really feel for you
hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:
because you missed the course

hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:

Jean says:
nah, you don't have to console me
hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:
hmm, alrighty

hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:

hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:

hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:

hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:
and then we have to teach them step by step
hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:
and sir joshua was in charge of me
hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:
the sirs in charge were really alright
hadi "yay im staff sergeant but im hungry, sigh.." says:
the sea district CLTs were the ones who were fiercest
Jean says:
oh, i've heard about the Sea District CLTs too

Yeah, kind of like that. Then Randy, from Bendemeer Secondary, who was in the same platoon as Hadi and Latifah.

Randy pledge not tobe enthu in NCC till end of year exam is over says:

Randy pledge not tobe enthu in NCC till end of year exam is over says:

Randy pledge not tobe enthu in NCC till end of year exam is over says:

Randy pledge not tobe enthu in NCC till end of year exam is over says:
And the acting CO keep on calling the CSM to report over and over again because some ppl move
Randy pledge not tobe enthu in NCC till end of year exam is over says:
SO both EAST CLT and SPEC are freaking piss off
Jean says:
well, after all, you guys were attending SSC
Jean says:

Randy pledge not tobe enthu in NCC till end of year exam is over says:
Is not about the standard
Randy pledge not tobe enthu in NCC till end of year exam is over says:

Randy pledge not tobe enthu in NCC till end of year exam is over says:

Jean says:

Jean says:

Randy pledge not tobe enthu in NCC till end of year exam is over says:
JC

I shall fish out more, gee.. Jean oh Jean.
The Blog Keeping Rules:

1. Each blogger must post these rules first.

2. Each blogger starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.

3. Bloggers that are tagged need to write on their own blog about their eight things and post
there rules. At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.

4. Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them they're tagged and to read your blog 8 stupid facts about yourself.

First, fact one, Jean did not turn up for her Senior Spec Course.
Second, fact two, Aku tak jambu\ Tak jambu, aku.
Third, fact three, Jean just received Aqil, Xuan Da and Irfan's messages.
Forth, fact four, Jean dreamt that she was a murderer of many dregs of humanity.

Fifth, habit one, I like to flip the pages of my New Testament (I love the material).
Sixth, habit two, I can't resist to touch my cellphone with damp fingers.
Seventh, habit three, I hug a baby pillow to sleep instead of a bolster.
Eighth, habit four, I love to fidget with my piercings.

I pick..eight random people to do this.

All right, the above is dedicated to SOPHIX'S dearest Cheryl.

Tuesday, 4Th September 2007:

Well, I had Chemistry lesson that day, from 1300 to 1700. Before that, I lunched with Timothy at Downtown East. Only then, Timothy realised that his glasses were snoozing at home. Right after our meal, we headed back to his house to retrieve his glasses before going to school.

Like forever, Chemistry extra lessons aren't really that beneficial. It was rather lax, but nonetheless, it's always awesome to be granted a break, especially when we had half an hour off. Anne, Xuan Jie, Alfred, and I, went to get some refreshments. Great, right after our lovely break, we had to work on an exercise. That's also when friends come in handy, heh. I went to Xuan Jie's bench and John, Alfred were copying too. When they went up to Mr Mahathir for some explanation, I went to Alex's seat, beside Shayne since Alex was at my place with Anne, Timothy and Wilson.

Let me see.. Timothy, Irfan, Alex, Dennison, Desmond, Shayne, Alfred, and Jun Ming played basketball. Wilson, Anne and I were there to watch. Did I leave someone out? Seems like it, but don't care two hoots.

Wednesday, 5Th September 2007:

AMath
extra lesson. Nothing else carries much interest. I was sick, and it got worse at night.

Thursday, 6Th September 2007:

I was like dying on my bed when.. Haryani messaged me in the morning. I told Albin I won't be there with them, but he didn't bring his phone. And I guess that must be the reason why I held them up. Then Hadi messaged me like at seven. A vague impression that someone called my house and Hadi rang me up thrice, but I was so soundly asleep, as if I was dead. I peeled myself awake because I had to reply Hadi's message or they may get to HQ late. I feel really, extremely, remorse as I kept the rest waiting. It's like, due to me being ill, I missed a great opportunity and such. I wasted a slot and may have let down some people. I felt so guilty when people asked me why am I not in camp and stuff. Whatever it is, I hope that the other nine can pass out as Staff Sergeants. Well, I am sure they can. A pity I can't see the others from Spec Course and whatever other NCC activities. Sorry, once again, to keep the rest waiting.

Everything is in a mess right now. Why is it difficult to decipher your thoughts? I don't like things to fall in place this way. Nevertheless, I will try to change myself for the better. Too many things have been taking place lately. Much words left untold.

*Watched Hairspray
*Bumped into Norris and Ashley Faiz Lee Shi
*Lost my beloved two-dollar note
*Attended AOH Day One

Friday, 31st August 2007:

I think I better start an Old Gran's Tale.

This very morning, as I was walking to school, I saw Alfred, like miles in front of me. In class, I had to teach\show\demonstrate Albin Hormat with my dad's mini M16 rifle. Well, it is a lighter actually. Then we had our morning assembly and stuff, after which, Siska accompanied me to look for Mrs Koh to inquire about the Colour Awards. Like nobody knows much, so she just told me to wait for announcement. Siska and I tumbled down to 3\6's corridor and sat. Alfred and I were literally bullying Timothy. Fun. For I wonder what reason, Sec 3 had to start off last. What a scenic walk I must comment. Marvellous.

Mr Ong welcomed us upon our arrival. I think Boyfriend should spend more time with Girlfriend. I watched the games alone, awesome. I had to be dismissed earlier and went to change into my No. 3. Siska, Alex and I then headed to the Staff Room and took out EMath test. Okay, that paper ground all my brain juice out. I salute. After the paper, I was walking back to class when Mr Neo hailed out to me "Eh, hall people, come now!" and I was like uh oh, my recess break. I went in, i-love-chicken uh, not many Uniformed Groups were there. Well, to be specific, apparently, St. John's were the only ones that were present. I walked out and back to the classroom, rushed here and there, getting my badges up, then scrammed back to the hall. Fortunately, Nadzirah and I arrived in the nick of time. Mr Neo man-screeched at the rest behind us.

Finger flick to our award ceremony. It's like my first in Pasir Ris Crest as I didn't turn up for the NYAA Ceremony 2007. Heh. I almost dozed off during Mr Ong's long-drawn speech. Surprisingly, my heart wasn't racing. I felt nothing slamming against my chest. I thought I would be nervous although I had done few of such in Loyang Primary. KS was ahead of me. He received the Individual and Team award, which I thought, Ahmad should have been given the chance to represent NCC Boys to receive Team. A pity Mrs Koh did not know, or else it would have been Ahmad that was in front of me. Never mind about that, small issue.

I went back to sit behind the class and Jun Ming was on my right. It was tiring to sit in the No. 3 skirt luh. Gee. It was so boring and Zafran, Jun Ming and I were talking about NPCC No. 1 uniform and their badges. Apart from Jannah, I saw Kai Wei, and of course some others. Jannah and Kai Wei(:

I am awfully scalded by your words of rejection.

Saturday, August 18, 2007

I just can't get anything out from your mouth as much as I wanted to. Why are you avoiding it? You have no idea how much of pain to endure that way.

Wednesday, August 15, 2007

Gee, even if it's a teeny weeny bit, it seriously can cheer me up. What comes next? Disappointment, it is. Your words are just so patronising.

I know I am going to be just fine. Just grant me some time. The sight of you sends an extra pounding to my heart. Your hotness is overwhelming, robbing my sanity away. "Beyond retrieval, those happiness can be." The changes that are evolving in you, they are transforming you for the bad. It aches my heart seeing that happening and not being able to drop some advices. You made my heart crumbled. I shall learn to keep quiet. Things are not going that well. If only I am the one hiding and you are the one seeking for me. Those glances are imaginary, wasn't what it was meant to be. I am tired of all these.

I had a time of my life with that girl above(:

It only dawned on me today that I should put an end to everything since it is just the initial stage. I believe it is easier this way. I reckon this burden would get off our backs and lighten the situation. I guess not. An end; an end to any situations that may ever occur. I realised what I should do only today, but nevertheless, I promised myself to carry that out. The first step is never simple, but with perseverance and determination, I am sure it would just fade away. I mean, it may not be easy to tell what you really want, but it is plain to fathom what you don't want at all. Even if it means deluding myself, as long as I can achieve my motive, I don't see why not.

"Why are you creating an impression of wanting to approach a further step in a friendship that doesn't even stands on a strong foundation?" Blow it, might as well.

You just want an addition to your album of friends. I don't see a purpose of keeping this friendship then, don't you agree? Hah.

This post seems heavy, but nonetheless, some people are looking. FRIENDS, lol. My friends, I love pastries(:

PS My grammar is problematic and incorrigible.

PPS Use postscript without the fullstops. P.S and P.P.S are American English(:

I was on the phone with Albin just now, blabbering nonsense. Initially, we were supposed to think about what's left amiss in our NCC room, then we drifted on to our camp. He insisted to join camp with Girl Guides, like forever. Then we talked about collecting NCC funds. He suggested five bucks per cadet. It was rather pricey, I thought. We suggested to install a standing air-conditioner, refrigerator and stuff in the room. So unrealistic right. But it was fun uh, we laughed heartily. We even considered to have a barbecue during our camp instead.

Nabilah oh Nabilah!

Thursday, August 09, 2007

Yesterday, eve of our National Day, was pretty much of a breeze. I left home rather early and met BM at SPC. When it was nearing seven, I became panicky and started ringing Haryani like mad. Thank god she came just in time with the sash, but it wasn't ironed. Fortunately BM was there to assist me. My mentor. There to put on my badges for me. The sash was lanky uh. Mr Ong was tardy so we were granted little time to rehearse. Even though I reckon that slow march was better than my past practices, but I know I didn't carried it out well enough. Zafran made a mistake, but never mind(:

After school, Nabilah and I went to the airport. We ate and talk, seriously talked. We chatted for hours and yeah, long one. We wandered around the airport and talked. We stopped by the bookstore, galleries, and talked. Apparently, my day is spent talking. From Whitesands, we walked to Pasir Ris Town Park. Initially, we were heading to Central. But midway, Aqil said he was going to fish with his dad. And coincidentally, he was approaching Town Park too. So Nabilah and I waited and waited for him to arrive. After quite some time, he settled down in his fishing spot and we just popped by to wave at him.

Anyway, I was kind of looking forward to the National Day Parade, just the march past. For the firing of canon section, those fellows had to wear No. 1. It was rather muddy and it projected a not-so-smart image of the guys in the prestigious No. 1 uniform. RSM appeared in the short video clip when it reflected the marching contingents' practices. Awesome uh he. Heh.

When NCC and NPCC Ma'ams get together, they rate NPCC guys. Hah.

Everything started off wrongly. You shouldn't have stood that near. It goes down from your toes.

Sunday, August 05, 2007

Perhaps I was wrong. I put a tad too much concern into my stuff and emotions, and paid not much attention to my surroundings. I was too caught up with whatever happened this afternoon. Uh J*sus.

Good riddance. I though things would pick up for DPs, but no. Everything went tumbling down again. It snowballed down to one massive chunk of snow. Yes, a disappointment for me. And whatever it is, my gorgeous Salihah, like you've always said, things would definitely turn out for the better. Same goes to my babeous Nabilah. DPs will tide through this together, well, SOPHIX is always here, rooting for you guys. Whatever you guys are suffering, SOPHIX feels it too. Nabilah, don't bother about my stuff right now. I just shut down our conversation on MSN because I believe my stuff is not as important as compared to yours, and Sally. I can cope with my situation fairly well. No worries.

Anway, to SOPHIX, apart from Anne, who would be flying off on Wednesday, is it possible to leave some time for a SOPHIX day?

I love.

Saturday, July 28, 2007

Last night! Last night! Last night(:

Well well, Nabilah, Hanisah, Amirah, Anne and I went for Chemistry lesson rather late this morning. I mean what's the point of going if I already predicted that one worksheet of his would take an hour. We attended the lesson only for half an hour, but who bothers. Anyway, Anne and I headed off to Central's bus stop as we intended to make our way to her house first.

Left for Whitesands around lunchtime and we had our lunch at KFC. Zul was like so unreachable. Anne had to ring Nicholas up during their games, asking him to get Zul to turn on his phone. Minutes later, I called Zul on his cellphone, only to realise that it was Adrie who picked up the call. Adrie was as if huh-ing throughout the call. He even deceived Zul that it was his mom on the line. Haha, not funny, Adrie.

Like forever, it took Zul to arrive. To my surprise, Amanda turned up without notice. Siska came to! Haha. And I saw Amin and his friend, again.

When Nicholas arrived, Syed and Anne were already about to leave.

The second step(:

It may have been a pretty pleasant day, but well, there were disappointments too. Awww..

It just dawned on me that I may not be very sure of what do I really want to pursue. Onlookers may have a clearer overview of the situation, but me, myself have a better inner understanding of my heart. I will not rule out heeding advices, but after all, the final decision lies within my hands.

I somehow ponder what have I just rambled about.

I love.

Thursday, 26th July 2007:

I am as if going on an eating binge or something. Simply gorging myself with food and more food lately. Well, upset, that word should fit into my sentence.

Friday, 27th July 2007:

Cheer up, Shayne. That should be sufficient to explain your abrupt behaviour in class today. It wasn't intentional, so please don't mull over it. Do heed my advices and I know you will pull through. Don't let jealousy get the better of you. Everything would turn out really fine for you(:

Here's my promise made tonight
You can count on me for life
That's when I love you
When nothing you do can change my mind
The more I learn, the more I love
The more my heart can't get enough
That's when I love you
When I love you
No matter what

Tuesday, July 24, 2007

Even if my world is on the verge of dying, and a trillion of tear drops trickled profusely down the moon's eyes, I know I would be fine. Because I love you, still. Despite of your hurtful words that leaves my heart bleeding, I still love you, all the same. I have tried fighting against my feelings, but I lost the battle. I was defeated. In high hopes that things would lie down in place, they just ignored my wishes and swerved out of the road. When my heart just sunk into a bottomless pit..

Monday, July 23, 2007

When you have to look away
When you dont have much to say
That's when I love you
I love you, just that way
To hear you stumble when you speak
Or see you walk with two left feet
That's when I love you
I love you, endlessly
Yellowcard
Only one

Here I go, scream my lungs out and try to get to you.
You are my only one.
Made my mistakes, let you down.
And I can't, I can't hold on for too long.
And I can't, I can't get up when you're gone.

Secondhand Serenade
It's Not Over

Why is it over?
We had the chance to make it.
Now it's over, it's over.
I wish that I could take it back, but it's over.
I lose my sense of wrong and right.
I cry, I cry.
I'm shaking from the pain that's in my head.
I just want to crawl into my bed and throw away the life that I led.
I'm falling apart, I'm falling apart.
You're breaking my, you're breaking my heart.
Don't tell that we will never be together.

Simple Plan
Perfect

I try not to think
About the pain I feel inside.
All the days you spent with me
Now seem so far away.
And it feels like you don't care anymore.

Avril Lavigne
When You're Gone

When you walk away I count the steps that you take.
Do you see how much I need you right now?
When you're gone
The pieces of my heart are missing you.
When you're gone
The face I came to know is missing too.
When you're gone
The words I need to hear to always get me through the day and make it okay.
I miss you.
I've never felt this way before.
Everything that I do reminds me of you.
They smell just like you, I love the things that you do.

These lyrics just summarise my feelings. I love you.

Saturday, July 21, 2007

When I was younger,
it felt as though I owned the world.
Holding my mind above the sky,
roaming around each inch of earth,
wherever my legs would bring me to.

Moshing in concerts,
hooking up those whores.
A Casanova, I ever was.
Frisky, frivolous, a sick state of mind.

And life, sailing along the breeze,
with everything just beneath my feet.

Now that I'm older,
absurd misfortunes befell on me.
Robbing my happiness away from me.
Distraught and helpless,
that's all I can feel.

Relying on inventions just to live.
A flair for art,but a statue myself.
My pride was trampled a thousand times,
being mocked as 'The Frozen One'.

An unsignificant withered leaf,
a beating heart that deemed so dead.

All right, the above is my poem for our Literature June holiday assignment.

Hey, I still love you. It has been a long time since the day we've broken up, and things have changed. But my feeling for you remains. I love you, and yes I really do.

Monday, July 16, 2007

Okay, some Friday when we held our NCC Day in school. Eventually, it was decided that the entire contingent shall march in. Hanan and I were like jealous. Hah, but anyway, we raised the state and school's flag. Gee, a total screw up for me.

Another random Saturday, went to HQ for NCC Day training. This time, Adam was here as the guys' flag bearer. Alpha 2's sirs were there, apart from Sir Hamdan. A pity. Sun burnt, sun burnt, sun burnt. Siska made us howl with laughter, I mean it's like we just cracked up. Few of us wanted to travel across the parade ground but seeing many cadets marching across, we decided to march in our PRCS style. We hooked our arms together are walked in steps with the side people swinging their arms. Sir Syahiid and others were like laughing their heads off. Hahaha. We approached the medic with hopes of getting sun burnt cream, but all he could offer was antiseptic cream. Lol.

On our way up to the ladies to get dressed in our No. 1, I bumped into Pandang Ke Hadapan again! Heh, not literally.

It's like every week, some of us would go home with different people, and this time, we went back with the Springfield guys, all for the sake of my dear Siska. Lol.

Another unknown Tuesday, for NCC training, Ma'am instructed us to do PDS. I am a failure in that, seriously. Drat. Following week, we arranged a time after school to do PDS, in preparations for AOH performance selection round. I cannot recall who else were there, but I am aware that Siska, Ahmad, Albin, Mustaqim, Shazni, Ain, Hui Bin were present. Ahmad smells so good and girlie. I wore his watch and after I removed it, my wrist smelt like him! Heh.

There was this amazing day when I saw Spec Course's Hadi, CSM, and Zheng Hao. Then I also saw Helio and Clayder. Awesome..

My beloved 8th July, as usual, we started with our training\rehearsals. I was the most unfortunate cadet living on this earth ever. Like my COC, I always managed to stay away from the first rank after sizing, but when it's the last and actual sizing, I am placed in front. Drat. Not the first time already! Then I requested for a change, but nah, not approved.

Sir Syahiid and Sir Alvin were there, like of course. Awww.. During our long, long break, Latifah and I stood at the forth floor's corridor, gazing at the BEAUTIFUL SCENERY. So gorgeous! Haha, and adorable.

In my opinion, my performance for NCC Day was much better than COC. Birthday song was sung repeatedly by our GOH. I love, and love the GOHs dearly. We are like the best, hahaha.

I really missed those trainings we had. Each training may not be easy or relaxed, but all of us, are the ones that bring up our spirits. It is sad to end these trainings. God, it is fun! With all due respect, NCC is the best(:

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!

13th July 2007:
The second Black Friday is like meant to be a joyous day for me! Haha.

Anyway, after I met the OBS people, I went on to Whitesands just to meet up with Anne. Nicholas and the both of us went to Downtown then off to the beach.

15th July 2007:
Yesterday was a wonder and my sweetest pie. Anne, Amanda, Beth and Anne's dad, Mr Ricky Chew, and I were on the way to his restaurant and bar, Giraffe, when we saw Joakim! Heh, cutie.

Let the pictures do the talking for the day!

Okay, just a picture first. Many more, but well, some other day then.

Saturday, June 23, 2007

(:

I rose rather early today but I did not want to wake Aslam up yet so I went to bathe and prepare. Met up with the NCC girls and Ahmad was present too, dressed in No. 4. In the end, he did not turn up for training as flag bearer. Aslam arrived at 86 bus stop much earlier than us. Old Gran's tale. So he waited. Latifah's mom had to come down to 86 bus stop just to send her her No. 1. Awww..

PRCS girls were pretty early, haha. Ma'am Xiao Wei was there for rappelling too. Sized at the parade ground, actual. Satisfied with my standing position. Wacky girls, lol. Had not had much solid intake. My stomach was growling like grizzly bear. I saw Aerzam! It's been ages since I last saw him. To think I spotted Shaun Gan from St. Patrick's before Haryani do. It's her friend.

During breaks, we caught up with those good old days. It was really sweet(:

Honestly and frankly speaking, marching pass may be strenuous, but not very intense.

Need to grab some sleep. Shall continue with the going home part soon.

Goodnight!

Friday, June 22, 2007

I am sorry. I cannot really bring myself to believe your words are for real. You can talk about other girls in my presence, that's how sincere you can get.

Sorry that I hung up your call.

(:

Sunday, June 17, 2007

This may be abrupt but when I was with Siska last night, I thought I witnessed a shooting star! I was telling Siska that I saw an aeroplane and she told me that her mom mistook a plane for a shooting star. The next moment, I thought I caught a fleeting glimpse of a shooting star. I really wonder..

When I was on the way to Tampines Mall in my uncle's car, I saw Nicholas and the PDS\NPCC guys. Then I yelled to everyone in the car "Hey look! Hah, my school's NPCC.", everyone turned and looked. When I learnt about what happened the following second, I was in the hospital.

Coincidentally, Shayne messaged me when we were in the same mall. Lol. I saw Jonathan and waved, but Shayne did not see me. Then I went in to the theatres with my brother and cousins for a movie, Rise Of The Silver Surfer. God, Chris Evans! Anyway, my cousin is such a gentleman(:

Someone broke my heart, awww.. Lol!

Goodnight.
I don't know how to express this joy, happiness and excitement here. This silly, wide smile on my face is unimaginable! I am on cloud nine, literally. Gosh, I cannot contain this happiness till my organs are scrunched together. I am bubbling with excitement!

GOODNIGHT!!!

Saturday, June 16, 2007

Today was much much much better than I had expected! Firstly, the weather was wet, and hence, we started our training later than scheduled. All the present GOH contingents assembled at the MPH. Oh! Congratulations to Ain for passing out as a PDI! That's lovely. On the way back to GOH Land, Girls, I was wondering, "Hey! Isn't that Sir Hadi?!", and Haryani was like "Sir Hadi!". Then I saw Sir Farhan and recalled that he mentioned to me he would be there for rappelling. He went "Hi Jean", muted. I felt rather happy to see Sir Hadi there! That guy.

Released for early break and when we were
queuing for our snacks, I saw Sir Syahiid and was stunned. Whatever for? Good lord, god knows. I was ecstatic already. I cracked up and went in hysterics. I have not seen Sir Hadi and Sir Syahiid for thirteen days. Anyway, tomorrow will be two weeks since our POP day. How sad. Two weeks have passed but memories of Spec Course are still vividly intact in my mind! Anyway, training begun soon after. Was not that intense as compared to COC's training.

At the FUP, I happened to be looking up at the rappelling station and saw this guy who really resembled Sir Syahiid's standing posture. When I heard him shouting his particulars to the belayer, I just recognise that voice. In the midst of the rehearsal-like training, I heard someone who sounded like Sir Hadi and a couple of seconds later, he just zoomed down. Apparently, I suppose that based on Sir Hadi's character, that must be him. Haha. Lastly, I seriously heard Sir Farhan sharp and loud. I was like "Whoa, Sir Farhan uh.", foof!

One Bartley guy from Air who has nice facial features which obviously includes sharp nose!

I went shopping with Hui Bin yesterday after the trip to HQ. The lady actually suggested that we collect Sergeant ranks, but after receiving opinions and taking in some considerations, I decided not to. I thought I saw a Sir yesterday on our way to Marina Sqaure, could not really tell.

In the nutshell, today was fantastic, somehow or rather. As the contingents were rather big, I did not manage to catch some familiar faces from GOH Land, Guys. Sadly enough. Gracious me! Fancy me getting worked up over trivial matters like those mentioned above. Hahaha. God, Siska can make me laugh uproariously, sweetheart.

Goodnight!

Tuesday, June 12, 2007

There are simply too many pretty websites and I shall list them below. Anyway, try out www.typepad.com.

http://anahata.typepad.com/

Whatever now. I am feeling pretty annoyed, somehow or rather.

Goodnight, bollocks to my dad!

That guy is hot! Anyway, I grabbed these photos from a blog;
http://facehunter.blogspot.com/. Pretty much love it because the fashion there is love. It is wacky, unique, bold and wild. That's so love. You would definitely have all eyes on you if you dress in that sense in Singapore. Love their fashion!!! Gosh, you guys got to see it for yourself.

Okay, that is one real colourful blog;
http://flygirls.typepad.com/fly/.

Well well, all these are just few of the photos in their blogs.

Good evening.

First and foremost, congratulations to our school's cadets who completed their Spec Course Phase 3. Well, all were promoted to 3rd Sergeant! Good for them(:

Perhaps tomorrow or on Thursday, I have to head down to HQ( again!). Merely just accompanying Hui Bin and Mashinta to draw their No. 1 uniform.

Found something on the net moments ago..

May You Find This Christmas Inner Peace
May you find this Christmas inner peace
Equal to the patient love you give,
Releasing all the pain you can release,
Renewing all the grace with which you live.
Yearnings may you turn to rhapsodies,
Choosing to find happiness in beauty,
Holding in their haunting melodies
Riches that sustain your sense of duty.
In anger may you find an evening star
Showing you the way to Bethlehem.
The angels that watch naked from afar
May you hear sing of who would none condemn.
As all you love are blessed in having you
So may you feel the joy in all you do.

That was the day when we skived during our CIP at Toy 'R' Us. More like Kids 'R' Us, hah.

Some unknown day, obviously after training. Look at Ain's hair. You know what I mean..
Ain!

For my sweetheart on his birthday.

Topshop Mini!

Another unknown day at the beach.

Hahaha.

Dennison clearing the flour-ary mess he made.

I shall carry on with more pictures later!
Oh oh, I saw this LG Prada phone on the magazine last month. Today, I saw it on display. Gosh, that phone is so dazzling. It cost more than a thousand but I love it. So pretty and glamorous and elegant! You guys should really just take a look at it; http://www.pradaphonebylg.com/, http://www.pradaphonebylg.com/lgpradaphone/lgpradaphone.html. It is touch screen. I just cannot take my eyes of it(:

Goodnight.

Never let the words of others' affect your mood.
Good evening.

I went out for a movie. Itching to go out soon(:

Sunday, June 10, 2007

Oh oh, today is exactly one week from the day Spec Course Phase 1's cadets passed out. I miss those guys who can really drive everyone insane. Alpha 2 is so inquisitive and would only bombard the CLTs with silly questions. Hahaha(:

Goodnight!
Good evening.

Well, I absent myself from NCC training yesterday. Feeling much better already. My sun burnt isn't that bad now. Phew!

I just came home from my mom's place. Went over to her house yesterday night. My dad totally ruined my day. I just had to quarrel with him before going out. That sucked. Never mind about him. He asked me to catch Ocean's Thirteen with him tomorrow. Coincidentally, Alexander from Spec Course also asked me to watch Ocean's Thirteen with him tomorrow. Alexander even suggested to go with my family and I. Hah.

Anne is back in Singapore! I really miss the company of my friends and Spec Course platoon mates. We shall and must meet up like in seconds' time. If that is not the case, I might as well just organise a slumber party at my room with Jean. I am not talking any sense, but who cares. Anyway, thanks Amanda, in advanced, for getting me that notebook.

Goodnight.

Good morning.

Yesterday was COC actual and I totally screw everything up! I was always at the back row till the last sizing, I was transferred to the first rank. Grrr.. What's more was that Japan invaded and my neck is sun burnt. It hurts and I can only grit my teeth and bear with the pain. There is NCC Day training today. I really don't feel like going. Even going to HQ is a hassle. Plus, Crescent Girl's would be there too. Yuck?

That blooming COC rehearsal today can really crush my arm. I guess my muscles would be tensed up tomorrow till my bones are all scrunched up. The colour of my arm kind off looking weird now. The front portion is lighter than the middle section but tanner than the top. My middle section is the darkest, pretty much like a little sun burnt. My face! That should be the worst. I wonder if my arm muscles can take three days of arm drills consecutively. Seemed like my concern is averted to the question if I can take the pain instead. Foof. I am, thus, once again worn out. Oops, I better turn in soon to grab some sleep. Sadly enough, I only had three pathetic hours of slumber last night. All of us made friends again. Like of course, like forever, whenever it comes to NCC. One thing: I so love Sea's GOH uniform. Uber smart and pretty. The entire uniform is white, even the boots. The boots is very beautiful. Look like wealthy people's product. I am green with envy! Shucks, actual performance tomorrow and it will take about ninety minutes and counting.

Goodnight.

I have no idea why am I having so many short, nonsensical posts today. I am thinking a lot with a frown. If this were to carry on, I guess I would be all wrinkled within days. I wish to see familiar faces tomorrow, seriously. I know I am bringing sentences from nowhere. Oh man..

I took a lecture for a joke, but it turned out to be gentle scolding.

Anyway, I have many, many people to thank. I have lost track who helped me recently. In any case, I would like to extend my thank-ologise here(:

Goodnight, my lovely ones. I am gone for good tonight. Retiring for the night!
Good evening.

Guess I have disappointed many people lately? Sorry if I did. I will try to get in touch with my friends soon. Perhaps not this week, really. Apart from the trainings, I would not be at home much. Not able to spend my time well at home so far. My schedule is so hectic I think some people are reproaching me. Well, I know, but I cannot do anything right? I am also very beat here.

Goodnight.
Good evening.

Goodness and outrageous and atrocious. Okay, whatever. I realised that I have been very busy with NCC events. It is up my neck, especially last week and this week. I will be occupied the next three days since I have rehearsals and parade at HQ. Hopefully there would not be any disputes over our appointments though. It may seemed like someone is mediocre currently, but I am sure after some time, that person would be able to understand what are the responsibilities he or she has to shoulder, and the dire consequences should any thing turns out wrong. I am sure everyone will live up to their name.

Trainings, trainings, trainings. Arm drills tomorrow? Gosh. Our unit have not been practising much of it. Not at all confident of that component. The performance would most probably be reduced to a flop due to me or something. I am seriously capable of busting the parade though, lol. I can hardly breathe in No. 1 full-u even. It is neck-wrapping. That tight I can even choke on my saliva. Haha.

Well, whatever it is, I wish everything will be smooth-sailing tomorrow. Those damn "gold" buttons.

That is obviously Hadi. Taken on our way home from Boon Lay, on Wednesday night. To Hadi: If you see this, do not be mad at me(:

Tuesday, June 05, 2007

Maybe not. It is too much of a hassle, haha.

Goodnight.
Good evening.

Something to rejoice about is that I finally got hold of Alpha 2's contact list. As I anticipated, Ma'am Lynette typed my email incorrectly. Fortunately, Jamal sent me the contact list email with attachment. And yay, Sir Syahiid felt that it was a pity he is unable to witness our POP. I will try to do a collage of every Alpha 2, if possible, since I cannot reach everyone of them. Alpha 2(:

I love NCC. Proud to be a cadet of NCC.

NCC Specialist's Creed:
I am a specialist of the National Cadet Corps.
I serve with pride and dedication.

I excel in my specialist duties,
ensure the discipline of my cadets,
and will nurture them to their potential.

I overcome difficulties with my adventurous spirit.
I will uphold the prestige of the National Cadet Corps to be the premier uniformed group in Singapore.
Wednesday, 30th May, was the first day of NCC East District Spec Course Phase 1. I felt pretty anxious and had to rise as early as 0445 hours. I walked briskly to the bustop near BM's house. Pretty eerie in the morning. Arrived at HQ and assembled. Sir Joshua said I coloured my hair. Grrr..

Travelled to Pasir Laba Camp at SISPEC. Big phew that Farah was in my platoon, Alpha 2. Initially, Ahmad was in my platoon too, but nominal roll was amended or something. A pity. Sir Syahiid and Sir Hamdan was Alpha 2's APC. Sir Syahiid is the best sir ever and ever. He was able to keep his cool knowing that we were still unfamiliar with the surroundings. Iryana, from the same CampFEAST platoon as me was once again in the same platoon as me. Alpha 2 consisted of only six girls, including me. There were a total of 46 cadets in Alpha 2 on the second day.

Talks and lectures, lunch and lectures, talks and exhibition. Rather slack, apart from the intensive marching in SISPEC. The CLTs were unfamiliar with the area. Once we were back in the campsite, one medic asked if I am all right. Haha.

Before breaking camp, everyone underwent hair inspection. I was pulled out. Naturally, I had to dye my hair black.

Foof, long way home; from Boon Lay to Pasir Ris.

On Friday, wonderful, I woke up at 0345. We had to report at Boon Lay, at 0630. I was seriously very reluctant to attend that course. Butterflies flew in my stomach. I kept complaining on our way to Boon Lay. Even Hadi moaned. The Ma'ams and Sirs checked my hair even before heading for Pasir Laba camp. And guess what, I forgot to bring my No. 3 belt! Great.

Booked in, settled in our bunks, attended lectures again. During meals, Haryani, Farah, Dickson, Ahmad and I would always sit together. For the first and second day, we were forever attending lectures.

Next morning, we had the most relaxed PT. Only exercises and no running due to the constrained compound. Right away after breakfast, we proceeded to our trainfire revision. No matter how many times I was taught on trainfire, I still cannot remember a thing. Besides stripping and assembling of weapon and loading of magazines, I forgot all about IA, loading and unloading of rifles. So never mind. And as usual, I am unable to pass my marksman fundamental. Lol..

All day long..

Sir Hadi and Ma'am Lynette was introduced to us. Our APC and PC respectively. Anyway, Adnan's brother, Adam was in my platoon too.

Day three, a Saturday, and also our GSK, trainfire and IFC's tests' day. I thought GSK test would be pretty manageable, but it turned our otherwise. We had a rather difficult time marching on the rocky road. Going downhill and singing. It was worst than I have described. We were broken up into sections and blessed me, I was under Sir Syahiid! Love him man, that joker. Sadly, Farah was under Sir Hadi and Ma'am Lynette. Sir Hadi placed his standards really high above. On the contrary, Ma'am Lynette was very lenient, but it was not balanced. Sir Syahiid tested Iryana and I together at the same time. He was impartial yet nice to section 2. And oops!!! I wrote in my appraisal that he was partial! Oh no. How dumb can I be?

Before our trainfire test, Sir Syahiid went through every single thing with us. Iryana was in the same section as me and for the trainfire test, she did much better than me although I do not know the timing and stuff. I was like the second last among six people when we were stripping and assembling weapons. When I was the first to insert the rounds, Sir Syahiid was like, "Finally Jean is the first.", hahaha.

I flunk GSK test and did the retest at night. While section 1 went for the interview with Sir Hadi and Ma'am Lynette, section 2 and 3 had a reflection period. All of us had to close our eyes and cover our faces while raising our hands for answering questions they asked. Sir Syahiid said that he may not be present tomorrow for our POP. I went awwwww in my heart, lol. How sad! He was the one who was with us throughout the camp. Okay, actual fact, it was Sir Hamdan that really stayed with us. We are all very attached to each other.

Final day and our POP. I only had one glanced of Sir Syahiid. We seen him once that day. He told us not to be disappointed and stuff; last words. Headed to SISPEC for lecture and AAR. Fatin sat with me in the auditorium, in the first row. For no rhyme or reason, unsure why, Ma'am Xiao Wei picked me to be the OIC. I was wondering why, since I did not wear any belt. She told me to borrow one. Had to diam the whole course and greet the Sergeant Major in front of everyone. Oh man..

Photo taking at SISPEC and the CLTs marched! A pity Sir Syahiid was not there. I want to see him in No. 3 though.

After changing to half-u, Farah and I were the only ones from Alpha 2 to assemble and Sir Hadi approached us saying that we should not have arrived so early. He invited us to a table and chatted with us. His topics are so random, saying something like he loves to play with his only sharp tooth. When the guys number off already, he said something very gentlemen, I thought. "IC, permission for my ladies to fall-in." He hangs "You moron!" on his mouth. The way he pronounces it..so cute.

During POP, the CLTs sat in front of the parade. I felt a pinch in my heart that Sir Syahiid was not present to witness Alpha 2's passing out. When my name was announced to receive the envelope from Sir Hadi, I was quite nervous. But argh, section 2 supposed to receive the envelope and handshake Sir Syahiid instead. Sir Hadi shook my hands twice and before that, he told me that my rank would be exciting. I thought I would receive a Senior Corporal, so I gripped the envelope, worrying. I reminded myself that rank is not everything, but well..

Fortunately, I got a 2nd Sergeant! I was the only girl in my platoon who was awarded that, and also the only girl in PRCS who attended Spec Course Phase 1. Not a senior Corporal, at least.

Sir Hamdan and Sir Hadi talked to us. I felt somehow or rather upset. Feeling the bitterness on the tongue when leaving the campsite was said to be when the course was strenuous. But I felt the bitterness because we were leaving, not even having Sir Syahiid to see us off. I love these four days. Very memorable and fun. I feel attached to Alpha 2 and our PC, APCs that I cannot bear to be separated with them. I know we will have a reunion, but when? How sad. I already miss the CLTs once my sight left the campsite. A another Sir Joshua congratulated me on the bus and I was stunned. I asked why and he knew I got a 2nd Sergeant. Pretty surprising. The cutest Chinese CLT in the camp. I would not mind staying there for a few more days. Love them people.
I am back from Spec Course. How ironic is it. I was so reluctant to attend the course in the beginning, but after the camp, I realised I love the camp, CLTs and friends a lot. I miss the camp. I miss Sir Syahiid, Sir Hadi and many other CLTs. Hopefully Ma'am Lynette will send Alpha 2 all our contacts soon. Update later..

Saturday, March 24, 2007

I am so many posts behind, so I must make good use of this opportunity to recall much about my holidays.

Begining from 7th of March, a Wednesday..

07th March:

After school, Xuanjie, Desmond, Irfan, Dennison, Susan, Amanda, Anne, and I, plus a few others intend to look for Mrs Tan and ask her about the class tee issue. We stepped away from the class and discussed what we want to do since Mrs Tan is on course. Not realising that Jessie was standing behind us, we started talking about what exactly happened. It took a while for all of us to see that she was there, so we moved to the stairs at the far end. Moments later, Shayne came to us with another guy. Was it John? Initially, Shayne talked to us with a nice tone, but things started to turn harsh when we enquired about the change of design for our class tee.

Things went pretty unpleasant when we returned to class. Xuanjie rung Mrs Tan up. Quarrels and conflicts, people from other classes also came to know about this. Whatever, and some even wanted to carry on with the cheer, despite of their ugly mood. I don't bother, I just left.

I can't remember what happened next. Did I have rehearsal?

08th March:
Had free periods, but a bunch of us, which includes Desmond, Xuanjie, Wilson, Timothy, Amanda, Anne and I, probably a few more just sat around. I don't give a hoot. I still feel apologetic to Siska and Shafiqah now though. Upon hearing a voice that irks me so much, I decided to shut my ears, not literally. I left the class, not just to tame my temper, but also, Dennison told me to listen if the cheer can be heard from the outside. Seriously, it can't be heard, like mentioned.

During Mrs Tan's period, she took it to talk to us and enquired what happened yesterday. Debated and stuff.

Desmond, Susan and guys persuaded me to put on our class tee tomorrow. Anyway, I was just using the class design as an excuse to brew trouble, somehow.

09th March:
I came to school and stuff. Susan, Amanda and I just stripped outside the ladies as the washroom was so packed even the door can't be open ajar. The class tee is a joke, the whole tee itself! Even the printing is absurd.

I adore classes with jerseys! Gosh. I love 4\2A's performance.

I met Huibin after lunch outside 7-11, and I spent quite some time in there, haha. We board some bus which was flooded with PRCS students, namely sec2s.

Both of us arrived earlier than the arranged reporting time. Mr Neo instructed us to direct the ambulance to the assigned parking lot. Sweemin came along and there were many teachers and students coming in in cars and cabs. I saw Eugene C. came in a cab so I passed his class Sexyback disc to him. Half an hour later, the Milo truck arrived. Fifteen minutes later, the mineral water lorry came. Another fifteen minutes later, finally, the ambulance came! All along, we were waiting for the ambulance, but it arrived an hour later! Foof.

Subsequently, all of us, NCC girls have nothing to do. We tried to walk around but no one instruct us about anything. We went to the starting\finishing line and someone told us to station there so when those runners just flop onto the ground, we have to pick them up to the side. It was so scorching and Huibin wanted to walk to Naeem's spot, so we went on with it. Along the way, we saw Roxanne sprinting for the last 300m. We were like "Go, Roxanne!", then a sip of cola. We did that continuously and we find it super hilarious, pretty ridiculous too. Destinated ourselves at the 300m but walked down another 100m. I screamed at everyone, asking them to go faster, don't halt, 300m left. Hahaha. Very strenuous of my throat, but it was fun.

Et cetera, prize-giving, dismissal. Mr Neo held us back for a moment then released us. Then met up with Guoxin and Yanxiang. We strolled and strolled, till we came upon the bustop very near Tampines train station. Took the bus back and they walked me till my block's lift lobby.

Oh no, seems like I have to carry on the next time..

10th March: AKE training\selection round, NCC overnight camp.
11th March: NCC overnight camp.
12th March: [NCC Mt. Ophir, NPCC 3 days 2 nights camp.]
13th March: English extra lesson.
14th March: Kayaking 1 star training!
15th March: Kayaking 1 star training!
